The podcast reflects not only myself but my beautiful friends and their own practices as we all travel on our spiritual journeys.
They are all admirable people and we learn from each other constantly.
I have set the podcast to 18+ as our conversations can tend to become raw, unfiltered and filthy!
There is always one with the laity sense of humour….
And there may also occasionally be some difficult themes re stories…
I am also a great believer that variety is the spice of life, which is why it is set as informal and chill as it is!
